2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.soda
1/2 cup lard
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup bananas mashed
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 F
1) Mix lard and sugar until blended,add eggs and salt.
2) Stir in mashed bananas then add milk and mix till smooth.
3) Add flour with baking soda and baking powder.
4) Mix till well blended.
Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Top with white icing.
